How do I pay for my service?
We accept cash or checks for payments. Payment is due on the 1st visit of the month.
What if my dog isn't very friendly?
We will make the best effort to befriend your pet and we do bring dog treats to help break the ice. If your dog is still prone to bite, we would prefer your dog to be secure on the day we clean.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to your yard and the gate is unlocked we can let ourselves in and out. Locking and securing the gate is probably the single most important aspect of our service. We are very careful and always double check to make sure your gate is secure when entering as well as exiting your property.
Can I cancel my service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel or change the service at any time. You can receive a full refund for any services not used.
How does your company remove the waste?
All waste is double bagged and we dispose of it in your garbage can. We clean all of our tools after each use to prevent the spread of disease.
What areas do you cover?
Dog waste is cleaned directly from your grass, patio, mulch areas, dirt or cement, if needed we can also check the front yard.
